- When your temperature is below 40 at night or above 90 during the day. We cannot guarantee them alive 100%. We package with heat or cold packs, most of time it's ok but no guarantees.
- We ship your order the next day on Monday - Wednesdays ONLY. ORDERS from Wednesday afternoon to Sunday are ship on Mondays (this cause the additional handling time).
- Free shipping-USPS priority mail 2-3 days. No signature required but someone should be there at arrival, not a good idea if left outside.
- They go dormant in weather below 60 degrees. Warm them up in room temperature for 6 hours before assuming they are dead. We add extras to every order-consideration for DOA.
